The cancellation policy allows trainees to cancel their class up to two hours before the scheduled start time without incurring a penalty. Any cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled start time will result in the class being considered completed.
If a trainee fails to cancel a class two hours of the scheduled start time, the class will be considered completed and therefore without option of rescheduling.
If a trainee, for any reason whatsoever, cancels four classes consecutively, a suspension period of four weeks will be implemented. After four weeks, the course will resume as previous
If a trainee finds it necessary to suspend their course, they may do so by email, stipulating the exact beginning and end date of the period. The suspension period will be not be subject to change.
Refunds will be issued according to following standards listed for each package deal:
Business and Conversation Package Deals:
1) 5 lesson package-full refund is available if the program is cancelled before the 2nd lesson. From the 2nd lesson, the refund is prorated according to the number of classes remaining.
2) 10 lesson package-full refund is available if program is cancelled before the 3rd lesson. From the 3rd lesson, the refund is prorated according to the number of classes remaining. After the 8th lesson, no refund will be given.
3) 15 lesson package-full refund is available if program is cancelled before the 3rd lesson. From the 3rd lesson, the refund will be prorated according to the number of classes remaining. After the 13th lesson, no refund will be given.
4) 20 lesson package-full refund is available before the 3rd lesson. From the 3rd lesson, the refund will be prorated according the number of classes. After the 18th lesson, no refund will be given.
5) 25 lesson package-full refund is available before the 3rd lesson. From the 3rd lesson, the refund will be prorated according the number of classes remaining. After the 23th lesson, no refund will be given.
6) 30 lesson package-full refund is available after the 2nd lesson. After 3rd lesson, the refund will be prorated according to the number of classes remaining. After the 28th lesson, no refund will be given.
Customized Package Deal:
Refunds are to be requested by email only. Once the request is received, the refund will be processed promptly in 2-3 business days according to the policies set forth in the above.
Payment for classes must be made in advance according to package deals. Once payment has been received, the trainee will receive confirmation of their booking.
If a trainee wishes to reschedule a class, proper notification must be given at least two hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If the class cannot be reschedule appropriately, the course will resume on the following week.
If a student arrives late for a class, the class will still end at the originally scheduled time. No additional time will be added to the class. If the student does not arrive within the first half hour, the class will be considered completed and charged appropriately.
In the event of technical issues that prevent a class from taking place, the class will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the trainee.
The trainer is available for classes at specific times, and availability may change from week to week. The trainer will provide ample notice of nonavailability at least two weeks in advance. In case of emergency, the trainer will reserve the right to cancel accordingly and will reschedule classes when possible.
It is expected for trainees to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards the trainer at all times. Any trainee who behaves inappropriately may be banned from using services and will be provided no refund.
